1.How to apply booth and the procedure?

Please fulfil the application form (booth reservation), when the organiser receives the application form, a fax with booth confirmation and location selection priority number will be sent to you, and the payment request will be sent afterwards, if any confusion please contact the organiser.

 

2.Our company booked 2 shell scheme, now we want to increase to 4 shell scheme, what’s the procedure?

You need to re-fulfil the application form or inform the organiser by email or fax about the adjustment. Any change of the reservation (regardless increase or decrease) the location selection priority number will be changed. In addition, the increased 2 shell scheme are not applicable to the early bird promotion.

 

3.Our company booked 6 booths, now want to decrease to 4 booths, what’s the procedure?

You need to re-fulfil the application form or inform the organiser by email or fax about the adjustment. Any change of the reservation (regardless increase or decrease) the location selection priority number will be changed. In addition, if any decrease of the sqm applied, all the remaining sqm are not applicable to early bird promotion.

 

4.Can we apply the booth after the application deadline (10 Mar. 2019)?

If there are still booth available after the deadline (10 Mar. 2019) and the applicant pay all the booth rental before 30 Mar. 2019, you can still participate the show.

 

5.What’s the difference between shell scheme and raw space?

The minimum space of shell scheme is 9 sqm. Shell scheme include some basic items such as, fascia board, carpet, light, table and chair etc. The minimum space of raw space is 18 sqm., exhibitor need to contact booth contractors for decoration. (the detail price please refer to application form)

 

6.What’s the procedure to apply domestic invoice?

If the booth rental is paid by RMB, the organiser will arrange invoice to each exhibitor, exhibitor can collect the invoice in organizer’s office during the show days.

 

7.After our company paid the down payment, we decide to cancel the booking, is the down payment refundable?

The down payment is not refundable. If the exhibitor decide to cancel the booking, the down payment is not refundable. In addition, if the exhibitor fails to complete the payment before 30 Mar. 2019, all the rights will be waived, the down payment will not be refunded.

 

8.If we want change shell scheme to raw space, is the price difference between shell scheme and raw space refundable?

No, exhibitor can not get any refund if the booth category of the application is changed.

 

9.When is the booth allocation meeting?

It will be in April 2019. Exhibitors can select the booth location in turn according to the booth selection priority number. Booth confirmation letter, invoice of the remaining balance, down payment receipt, contract and exhibitor manual will be issued afterwards.

 

10.What’s criteria of booth allocation?

Booth allocation is based on the application submission date, first come first serve. If the down payment is paid before 30 Mar. 2019, the applicants will be invited to the booth allocation meeting during 1-2 April. If the down payment is failed to complete before 30 Mar. 2019, the priority right of select the booth location will be waived.
