展位号:9A080A。 公司简介(中文):中国科学院安徽光学精密机械研究所(以下简称安徽光机所)成立于1970年12月,位于安徽省合肥市西郊蜀山湖畔风景秀美的科学岛上。2001年5月,安徽光机所进入中科院知识创新工程试点行列,成为中国科学院合肥物质科学研究院的一部分。 建所40多年来,安徽光机所始终秉承“精益求精,开拓创新”的办所理念,致力于光学及相关领域的基础科学前沿、先进技术和仪器设备的研究和开发工作。现已发展成为以大气光学、环境光学、光学遥感、激光技术和大气物理化学等交叉学科并存、以大气环境遥感监测技术及应用和国防战略高技术为重点的综合性研究机构。 目前,全所共有职工466人。 其中,正高级人员63人,副高级人员145人,包括各类高端人才如两院院士、万人计划、千人计划、百人计划、“973”计划领域专家、“863”计划专家、关键技术人才等近20余人。拥有博士后流动站2个,博士学位授予点7个,硕士学位授予点12个,在读研究生400余人。设有大气光学研究中心、环境光学研究中心、光学遥感研究中心、激光技术研究中心、基础科学科究中心等研究中心和光学工程中心等技术支撑中心。 全所拥有2个国家级科研平台:国家环境光学监测仪器工程技术研究中心和大气环境污染监测先进技术与装备国家工程实验室,8个省部级科研平台:中国科学院环境光学与技术重点实验室、中国科学院大气成分与光学重点实验室、中国科学院通用光学定标与表征技术重点实验室、国家环境保护环境光学监测技术重点实验室、安徽省环境光学监测技术重点实验室、安徽省光子器件与材料重点实验室、安徽省环境光学监测工程技术研究中心和安徽省环境监测技术与装备工程实验室。在大气成分探测、灰霾成因探究和监测技术开发、航天载荷研制、激光晶体材料制备、微观动力学过程等领域具有良好的技术和人才储备。 安徽光机所十分重视科教融合、科技成果转移转化和与国内外学术交流与合作工作。近年来,与中国科技大学联合共建“科大环境科学与光电技术学院”,共同开办“科大精密光机电与环境科技英才班”。承建了皖江新型产业技术发展中心,着力打造科技成果转移转化平台,取得良好收益。与国内多个研究院所、高校、企业建立了长期合作关系,与美、英、德、法、俄、韩、日等20多个国家和地区建立了高端人才互访和学生培养合作关系,加入了亚洲激光雷达观测网、亚太经合组织环境监测技术中心等项目合作组织。 安徽光机所主办的《量子电子学报》和《大气与环境光学学报》学术期刊,在国内外学术界都具有一定的学术影响力,多年荣获华东地区优秀期刊和安徽省优秀期刊奖。 安徽光机所的科研产出硕果累累,近10年获得国家、科学院、省部级的奖励34项,发表论文2837篇,其中在国外学术刊物发表631篇,获国家专利403项。 十三五期间,安徽光机所紧紧围绕合肥研究院的“十三五发展规划”,凝练研究所发展目标,努力以大科学装置建设为牵引,大力推进优势学科的发展、交叉与融合,创新、完善科研体制机制,加强国防科技和航空航天领域技术攻关,努力将安徽光机所建设成为学科优势显著、工程制造能力强的国际知名研究机构。 公司简介(英文):Introduction Founded in 1970, Anhui Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics (AIOFM), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), is located on the beautiful “Science Island” near Shushan Lake in the west suburban of Hefei city. After joining CAS’s Knowledge Innovation Project, AIOFM became one of scientific research units of Hefei Institutes of Physical Science (CASHIPS) in 2001. Over the past 40 years, adhering to the “Excelsior and Innovative” management philosophy, AIOFM has always been committed to seeking the forefront of basic science, research and development of advanced technology and equipment in optics and related fields. Today’s AIOFM has developed into a comprehensive research institution focusing on the remote sensing monitoring technology, application of atmospheric environment, and national high technology. It has formed such characteristic subjects as Atmospheric optics, Environmental optics, Optical remote sensing, Laser technology and Atmospheric physics and chemistry, and etc. Now, 466 professionals works at AIOFM, including 63 senior researchers and 145 vice senior researchers. More than 20 of them are Academicians of Chinese Academy of Engineering, Ten Thousand Talents Program members, Thousand Talents Program members, One-Hundred Program members, recipients of “863” or “973” in various research areas and national leading experts. AIOFM is also a key base for CAS postgraduate and postdoctoral education. It offers 2 postdoctoral programs, 7 doctoral degree programs, 12 Masters degree program. Currently, there are over 400 graduate students studying here. AIOFM has 5 research units as Atmospheric Optics Center,Environmental Optics Center, Optical Remote Sensing Center, Laser Technology Center, Basic Science Center and a technology support unit as Optical Engineering Center. AIOFM has 2 State Key Laboratories and 8 provincial and ministerial level scientific research platforms. They are National Engineering Research Center for Environmental Optical Monitoring Instrument, National Engineering Laboratory for Advanced Technology and Equipment of Atmospheric Pollution Monitoring, Key Laboratory of Environmental Optics & Technology,Key Laboratory of Atmospheric Optics, Key Laboratory of Optical Calibretion and Characterization, State Environmental Protection Key Laboratory of Optical Monitoring Technology, Key Laboratory of Optics Monitoring Technology for Environment, Key Laboratory of Photonic Devices and Materials, Research Center of Environmental Optical Monitoring Technology, Engineering Laboratory for Environmental Monitoring Technology & Equipment. AIOFM has solid foundation and outstanding talents in the field of detecting the atmospheric components, monitoring haze, developing space load, promoting laser crystal material and researching microscopic dynamics. AIOFM has strengthened the integration of science and education, the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements, the communication and cooperation both at home and abroad. In recent years, “school of environmental science and photoelectric technology” and “elite class of fine optic-mechanical-electron and environmental technology” are jointly established by AIOFM and the University of Science and Technology of China. Wanjiang New Industrial Technology Center built by AIOFM plays a significant role to create a platform for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements with success. AIOFM has established long-term cooperative relations with research institutes, universities, enterprises at home and abroad. There are high-level talents exchange visits and student training cooperation with more than 20 countries such as USA, Britain, Germany, France, Russia, South Korea, Japan. In addition, AIOFM became a member of the Asia Lidar Network and Environmental Monitoring Technology Center of Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation. AIOFM hosted 2 academic journals, The Chinese Journal of Quantum Electronics , and the Journal of Atmospheric and Environmental Optics. Both of them are influential in the relative academic circles at home and abroad. In recent years, they have been continually awarded the excellent periodical in eastern China and Anhui province In recent 10 years, AIOFM has made important contributions to China’s science development. The scientific achievements have won 34 awards by national, provincial government or CAS. AIOFM published 2837 papers, 631 of which were in foreign academic journals. In addition, AIOFM has 403 national patents. During the 13th Five-Year Period(2016-2020), AIOFM will focus on meeting the 13th five-year plan of CASHIPS, keep in step with the future development goals, try best to use the construction of large-scale scientific facility as the traction, promote the development, crossover and integration of dominant disciplines, innovate and improve the institutional mechanism of scientific research, strengthen technological breakthroughs in the field of defense technology and aerospace, and make great efforts to build AIOFM as an internationally renowned research institution with strong disciplinary advantages and strong engineering capability.
